Equity, diversity and inclusion
Seizing the opportunity to learn, inspire change and make progress.
Our
perspective
When our firm was launched in 2012, the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion – specifically in executive search – were already well known, understood and accepted. A decade later, our industry is still faced with the biases, both conscious and unconscious, that each of us is learning to identify and rectify. The good news is that the more sensitive we are to the issue, the more we talk about it, and the more progress we make.
In our daily activities at Millésime, our responsibility is first and foremost to continue our own education and be a force for positive change in our own office. We also have a duty to ensure that all forms of diversity (ethnic, age, gender, sexual orientation, personal history, language, beliefs, socio-economic status and others) can become a driver of value-creation for every organization – and research consistently shows that it can.
Millésime’s vision for its clients:
an executive suite that’s parity-focused, diverse and representative of the active population.
