In the world of recruitment, authenticity, curiousness, and a sincere interest in people are essential to success, and it is with this philosophy that I have been pursuing a career in the field for over 20 years. From my training in human resources at HEC Montreal to my participation in the 2020 cohort of l’Effet A, passing through an exploration of various sectors of activity and recruitment models, I have developed a perspective of the profession and the job market that I share with an enthusiasm that is more contagious than ever.
