Aurore Druault-Aubin

Passionate about executive search and advisory services for more than ten years, I have partnered with executives across a wide range of industries and business environments, on several continents. My background in executive search, complemented by experience in talent acquisition and management, enables me to understand the business realities facing the leaders I work with and shapes a deeply consultative approach.

I believe that a successful search goes far beyond matching a résumé to a job description. Above all, I focus on:

• developing a deep understanding of the organization, its culture, business environment, and challenges
• exploring the market with curiosity and a methodical approach to identify and engage talent, including individuals who are not actively considering new opportunities
• providing candid and transparent advice, grounded in an accurate understanding of the market
